Using VigoraAI
VigoraAI is video management software made by Bdtask. By signing in you agree to use it only for cameras and recorders you own or are allowed to manage, and in line with the privacy and surveillance laws where your cameras are.
You are responsible for the accounts you create, for keeping their passwords private, and for what your users do in the app.
Licences
Licences are issued for the sites, NVRs and cameras agreed with us, on the terms in your quote. If a licence lapses we may pause access after telling you; your settings are kept.
Availability
We work to keep the service running and your data safe, but video depends on your NVRs, cameras and network, which we do not control. VigoraAI does not replace the recording on your NVRs.
